One-on-one treatment including a comprehensive examination, diagnose of your injury, prognosis and exercise prescription. Get back to doing what you love, pain free.

Functional Fitness Assessment
1:1 90 minutes appointment with Doctor of Physical Therapy to get the most comprehensive physical assessment of you! Including posture, range of motion and strength testing of all major joints, balance and stability testing, squatting and deadlifting form analysis.

Training Program
One hour training assessment, 4 week individualized training program and weekly email check ins. Based on your goals, current fitness level and equipment available to you.

Professional Bike Fit
1:1 90 Minute appointment with Doctor of Physical Therapy and Professional Bike Fitter. Get you bike fitted to you in order to prevent or eliminate pain and improve performance.

Treadmill Gait Analysis
Check your running form to prevent or eliminate injury as well as improving running performance. Includes a strength assessment, video analysis and treatment.
